The tripartite and bilateral talks will be held in Moscow between the Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov and the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Azerbaijan Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeihun Bayramov on July 25 . This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
The heads of the foreign ministries of the two countries will also analyze ways to de-escalate the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh and activate the implementation of the tripartite agreements of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia on November 9, 2020, January 11, 2021, November 26, 2021 and October 31, 2022.
"Special attention will be paid to the preparation of the peace treaty between Baku and Yerevan, to the search for solutions to the remaining issues, to which Russia is ready to provide maximum assistance," the statement said.
The ministers will also discuss other key issues of the settlement of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, including the unblocking of transportation communications in the region, the demarcation of the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia, contacts between the public and experts, and the start of a dialogue between parliamentarians.
During the bilateral talks with Bayramov and Mirzoyan, it is planned to focus on the discussion of current issues of the Russian-Azerbaijani and Russian-Armenian agenda in the political, commercial, economic and humanitarian spheres.
