"Although the dynamics of the negotiation process is quite high, the results are somewhat lower than the dynamics. But, in general, it is not correct to say that there is no positive result," Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said before the start of tripartite negotiations with Russian and Armenian Foreign Ministers Sergey Lavrov and Ararat Mirzoyan.

He noted that the last time the foreign ministers met about two months ago, and since then there have been many meetings and contacts at different levels.
