Pyotr Tolstoy, the deputy speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, stated that Turkish President Erdogan violated his obligations to Russia. According to "Detq", the Russian TASS news agency informs about this.

Tolstoy emphasized that Russian President Vladimir Putin has always fulfilled his obligations towards Turkey. According to him, Putin hoped that Russia's partners would do the same, but Erdogan violated his obligations.

Commenting on the position of the Turkish side regarding Ukraine's accession to NATO, the deputy speaker of the State Duma emphasized that Russia cannot treat it positively. "Vladimir Zelensky himself can join NATO, but without Ukraine," he added.
