Vahan Kostanyan answered the question: was there an initiative from the Armenian side to personally appeal to the Azerbaijani side to open the Lachin corridor and transfer humanitarian cargo to Artsakh? "We believe that Azerbaijan should implement its obligations, which are legally binding, and there was no such initiative," he said, adding, "during these months, starting from December, during all meetings, the Armenian side has always raised the issue of unblocking the Lachin Corridor." the question."

Vahan Kostanyan also informed that representatives of the diplomatic corps are in Syunik region at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Government of the Republic of Armenia to familiarize themselves with the situation on the spot.
