The heads of the main departments of military recruitment and conscription of the state of Azerbaijan service were released from their positions. This is reported by the Azerbaijani media. Those dismissed are department heads.

They are: Chief of the Main Department of Zinakoch, Major General Chingiz Kichikbekov, Chief of the Main Personnel Department, Major General Azad Aliyev, Chief of the Main Department of Organizational Control, Colonel Famil Aslanov, Chief of the Main Department of Logistics, Colonel Anar Aliyev, and Chief of the General Department of Troop Recruitment.
