The Azerbaijani HRD visited Vagif Khachatryan

Azerbaijani human rights defender Sabina Aliyeva and members of the Human Rights Watch's torture prevention team visited Vagif Khachatryan.

Remember that Vagif Khachatryan was abducted on July 29 in the corridor of Berdzor (ed.) and taken to Baku.

According to "Detq", the Azerbaijani "Report" website informs about this, referring to the office of the Ministry of Human Rights of Azerbaijan.

A doctor and a psychologist were also present at the visit.

Misrepresenting the reality and being loyal to their adopted policy, the Azerbaijani press noted that Vagif Khachatryan expressed gratitude for the "humane" attitude shown. Azerbaijan prohibits the delivery of much-needed medicines and medical supplies to Artsakh by Red Cross vehicles and at the same time talks about "humane" treatment.
