Maria Zakharova, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, stated that the sabotage of Ukraine will not go unanswered, such barbaric actions cannot be justified. According to "Detq", the Russian TASS news agency informs that Zakharova said this while commenting on the attempts to attack the Crimean bridge and peninsula.

"Such subversives give the international community the opportunity to once again be convinced of the true nature of the Kiev regime. Such barbaric actions are not justified, and they will not go unanswered," Zakharova said in a statement published on behalf of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

The speaker emphasized that Moscow strongly condemns these acts of terrorism. According to him, the Crimean bridge is only a civil infrastructure object, attacks on which are unacceptable. "It has been subjected to such attacks since the fall of last year. they, among other consequences, led to the death of civilians," Zakharova said.

Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that Kiev's attacks on the Crimean bridge with 20 drones and two "S-200" missiles were repelled. The drones were shot down or suppressed by the electronic warfare system, the air defense forces shot down both missiles, the bridge was not damaged.
