The EU mission in Armenia announced that there were no military movements or buildup on the border during the patrol.

"The EU mission monitors the security and military situation along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border from its 4 bases on a daily basis. Based on information from the ground, we do not see any unusual military movement or build-up, especially near the entrance to the Lachine Corridor.
