The Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan accused Armenia of organizing provocations

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan issued a statement calling on Armenia not to interfere in the internal affairs of Azerbaijan, not to provoke in the region and to fulfill its obligations instead of continuing to try to "confuse" the international community.

The Foreign Ministry claims that ahead of the UN Security Council session, "the intelligence-sabotage group of the Armed Forces of Armenia tried to penetrate the territory of Azerbaijan in order to carry out terrorist-sabotage operations."

"The responsibility for the escalation of the situation in the region is directly borne by the military and political leadership of Armenia," said the statement of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.

It should be noted that Armenia has denied the Azerbaijani report about a subversive infiltration attempt.
