Hikmet Hajiyev, assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, wrote on the X social network that the Akna-Askeran-Stepanakert road is open for the delivery of all necessary cargo.

"Akna and Stepanakert (ed.) are only 23 km away from each other. Together with the diplomatic corps and representatives of the international media, we are on the way and looking in the direction of Askeran. Azerbaijan builds roads, not walls," Hajiyev wrote.
