The President of Turkey will leave for the USA to participate in the 78th session of the UN General Assembly
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will visit the United States on September 17-21 to participate in the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
It is noted that the head of Turkey will deliver important messages on such topics as Islamophobia, the situation of refugees, climate change, the Cyprus problem, the latest situation of the Russia-Ukraine war.
Remember that the General Assembly was established in 1945 and is the main consultative, political and representative body of the United Nations, which includes all 193 members of the United Nations. The main session is held every year in September-December.
In addition, the President of Turkey will participate in the summit of G20 leaders in September. In addition to bilateral relations, regional and global issues will also be discussed within the framework of the summit.
