The President of France called Ilham Aliyev

French President Emmanuel Macron called Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

This was reported by the Azerbaijani APA news agency, according to "Detki".

They discussed the situation in the region, as well as the opening of Akna-Stepanakert and Berdzor-Stepanakert roads. Aliyev noted that Armenia is creating artificial obstacles on the Akna-Stepanakert road, and this is being used for political speculation.

The President of Azerbaijan noted that Yerevan, through the mediation of the ICRC, refused the preliminary agreements regarding cargo transportation on the Akna-Stepanakert road. He also added that the people of Artsakh were invited to Baku to discuss reintegration issues, but they refused.
