Erdogan confirmed his visit to Russia for talks with Putin
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan may meet with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on September 8 in Russia. This was reported by "Bloomberg" agency, citing Turkish officials.
According to the publication, Erdogan plans to discuss the grain deal with Putin.
On August 25, the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov confirmed that the meeting of the leaders of Russia and Turkey is being prepared. He did not specify specific dates, but said that "the meeting will take place soon".
It should also be noted that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's Justice and Development Party (AKP) has confirmed that he intends to visit Russia next week for talks with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
