In case of shooting, they will get an answer. Andranik Kocharyan on the situation in Sotk
The tension in the Sotk region is maintained, but we are able to make the defense of our fortifications a reality from certain already stable positions. Andranik Kocharyan, chairman of the National Defense and National Security Affairs Committee, said this in a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly.
"Their shootings do not go unanswered, so it should be so that they understand that shooting will not solve the problem. If we take turns, they must accept that neither they should shoot during the shift, nor we should shoot during their shift. Even more so, when we are doing engineering work, they should realize that they should not shoot, shoot and they will get an answer. Of course, the presence of victims indicates that other weapons were used. It will not remain unanswered there either. I hope that the tension will gradually subside, and we will find ourselves in the environment of work organization, which was real before the start of these operations," said Kocharyan.
