Special forces of Azerbaijan and Turkey conduct joint exercises.

The armed forces of Azerbaijan and Turkey are conducting joint exercises in Turkey. Zeki Aktürk, adviser on public relations of the Ministry of National Defense of Turkey, announced this at the weekly briefing.

"The joint military exercises of the underwater attack and underwater defense units of the special purpose marine battalions of the Azerbaijani Navy and the special purpose units of the Turkish Navy started on September 8 and will end on September 15," said Akturk. And on September 18-30, "Caucasian Eagle" military exercises will be held with the participation of special forces of Azerbaijan and Turkey.
