The Armed Forces of Artsakh are being disarmed. representatives of Stepanakert and Baku will meet in Evlakh tomorrow.

With the mediation of the command of the Russian peacekeeping troops stationed in Nagorno-Karabakh, an agreement was reached on the complete cessation of military operations from 13:00 on September 20.

The staff of the Artsakh president issued a statement about this, which also informs that a meeting between the representatives of the authorities of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan is planned for September 21 in Evlakh.

"The issues raised by Azerbaijan about reintegration, ensuring the rights and security of the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as ensuring the livelihood of the population, within the framework of the Constitution of Azerbaijan, will be discussed at the meeting of the representatives of the local Armenian population and the central authorities of Azerbaijan, which will take place in the city of Evlakh tomorrow," Artsakh Information Headquarters reported.
