Artak Beglaryan, the former state minister of Artsakh, in his X microblog, referred to the decision to dissolve the Republic of Artsakh, stating that the decree signed by the president is illegal and illegitimate.

"No president has the right to dissolve the Republic formed by the people through a referendum.

The decree was signed as a result of Azerbaijan's brutal aggression and the threat of using force," he wrote.
