The Commissioner of Human Rights of Azerbaijan stated that "Azerbaijani citizens of Armenian origin living in Artsakh have fixed rights and freedoms".
"Azerbaijani citizens of Armenian origin living in Artsakh (ed.) have the rights and freedoms stipulated by national legislation and international documents," said Sabina Aliyeva, Azerbaijan's human rights commissioner.
He said that Azerbaijan takes a number of measures to ensure the rights and freedoms of all citizens, regardless of nationality.
It is noteworthy that Aliyeva did not make any statement about the same rights and freedom of Artsakh citizens who have been under siege for 9 months.
