The head of the enemy state visited Artsakh

Ilham Aliyev, Azerbaijani President, raised the flag of Azerbaijan in Stepanakert, the capital of Artsakh, on October 15.

Today marks the 20th anniversary of Ilham Aliyev being elected as the President of Azerbaijan for the first time.

"This victory will remain forever in our history," Aliyev said.

"This should be a lesson for them (Armenians - ed.). Unfortunately, the words I said 20 years ago and repeated many times since then did not reach them. They thought they were just words. I did what I said, everyone knows, including in Armenia, and they should not forget about anti-terrorist operations," Aliyev added.
