The flag raised in Stepanakert will never be lowered. Ambassador of Turkey to Azerbaijan

"We witnessed a story that the whole Turkish world was waiting for. The flag raised in Stepanakert and Ivanyan (ed.) will never be lowered," Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Jahit Bagch said at the event organized on the occasion of the 500th anniversary of the establishment of the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
