The Ministry of Defense of Turkey announced that the "Mustafa Kemal Atatürk-2023" military exercises, which will be held in Azerbaijan on the occasion of the centenary of the Republic of Turkey, will begin tomorrow.
According to "Detq", the Ministry of Defense of Turkey announced this on X social network.

"Mustafa Kemal Atatürk-2023" military exercises, which will be held between the ground forces of Turkey and Azerbaijan, aim to strengthen friendship, cooperation and mutual activity, exchange knowledge and experience, and increase the ability to carry out joint operations. "Our F-16 planes, which will be used for training, have already arrived in Azerbaijan," the ministry said in a statement.

The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan announced yesterday that the air forces of the two countries conducted exercises with aviation equipment involved in the joint tactical exercises "Mustafa Kemal Atatürk-2023".
It was noted that aviation vehicles flying from base airports perform takeoff and landing tasks, determining the coordinates of ground targets belonging to the conventional enemy, performing aerial reconnaissance and other tasks.
A large number of equipment, artillery and aviation equipment, as well as engineering equipment and small boats are involved in the exercises to be held on October 23-25.
