Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian stated that this meeting of foreign ministers of states in the "3+3" format can create a basis for peace in the South Caucasus with the participation of regional actors and neighbors. He believes that it can create a basis for ending the challenges in this region.
