Arzumanyan assures that although the Ministry of Defense talks about disagreement, there was an agreement on such works between the organization and the Ministry of Defense a year ago.

In regard to the situation created around the AoS, the Ministry of Defense told "Factor.am" that in August of this year, RA citizen Tigran Shahinyan applied to the Department of Engineering Troops of the Armed Forces with a proposal to prepare a firing point using worn tires. According to the Ministry, the Department of Engineering Troops of the Armed Forces supported Shahinyan by providing appropriate space at the "Baghramyan" military training ground.
