It is good to see that the Senate unanimously passed a bill that removes the powers of the US President to waive Section 907 and provide military aid to Azerbaijan for at least 2 years. Artak Beglaryan, the former state minister of Artsakh, wrote about this in his X microblog.

"The first practical price that Azerbaijan pays for the aggressions and genocide against Armenia and Artsakh," he wrote.

Remember that on November 16, the US Senate adopted a resolution, according to which the US is prohibited from providing military aid to Azerbaijan. The bill prohibits the president for the next two years from waiving Section 907 of the Freedom Assistance Act, which prohibited the US government from providing direct assistance to the government of Azerbaijan.
