The Ministry of Defense of Turkey congratulated Azerbaijan on November 17, on the occasion of Azerbaijan's "National Revival Day".

"Our Azerbaijani brothers, who went to independence 35 years ago in the spirit of national revival, today liberated Karabakh from occupation with the same consciousness and spirit.
