Relations between Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey are of strategic importance.

According to "Report", this was announced on November 27 in Baku by the Minister of National Defense of Turkey, Yasar Guler, during a trilateral meeting with the Ministers of Defense of Azerbaijan and Georgia, Zakir Hasanov and Juansher Burchuladze.

"We are determined to develop our relations and strive for stability in the Caucasus. Azerbaijan liberated its lands from occupation. The countries of the region can solve their own problems. In order to show this to the international community, we maintain a connection between Yerevan and Baku," said the Turkish minister.

According to him, the "3+2" platform is a good format for the peaceful solution of problems. "Armenia cannot correctly assess the created opportunity."

Guler added that they want to expand Azerbaijan's participation in NATO military exercises.
