The Artsakh issue has not been resolved and cannot be resolved at any time, Samvel Babayan, the former secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, stated in a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly.

To the journalists' question, how does he imagine the form of the solution, taking into account that he proposed to create a committee, Babayan answered: "I made an offer, but since the authorities of Artsakh probably have their own style, and the opposition of Armenia considers that I am interfering with their plans, I refrained from doing so."
