Armenia can become a full participant of the "North-South" international transport corridor and other logistics projects. RA Deputy Foreign Minister Mnatsakan Safaryan said this in his speech today, December 5, during the "New Realities and Crossroads of Peace" expert conference, writes "Hraparak".
"The RA government gives greater priority to cooperation within the framework of regional and global initiatives, such as the North-South International Transport Corridor, the Persian Gulf-Black Sea MTM, and the Iran-India initiative for the development of the Chabahar port.
We are confident that the Armenian transport network has great potential to support these projects.
Armenia is making efforts to develop infrastructure within the framework of the North-South highway project implementation initiative. The project will allow Armenia not only to increase its logistics capabilities, but also to become a full participant of the "North-South" MTR and other initiatives. Armenia can become a bridge between Iran, India and EAEU countries," he said.
