The situation created in Armenia requires the strong support of the European Union.

According to the correspondent of "Armenpress" in Brussels, this was said by the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, during a press conference before the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the EU.

"The situation in Armenia requires our strong support. We have to see how we can increase it. We need to understand how to keep the Eastern Partnership on the agenda, because we are talking about our eastern border," Borel said.

On December 11, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan participated in the meeting in the format of the EU Council of Foreign Ministers in Brussels. In the evening, Ararat Mirzoyan will also participate in the meeting in the format of the EU's Eastern Partnership.
