Raisi claims that the Syrian resistance thwarted the plans of the US and Israel

The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi, stated during the meeting with the Prime Minister of Syria, Hossein Arnous, that Syria's resistance against the USA and Israel has defeated the plans of those countries. According to "Detq", the Iranian pro-government "Mehr" news agency reports this.

Raisi stressed that the hostility of the USA and the Zionist regime towards Syria is based on the resistance of the Syrian government and people and the failure of their conspiracies.

He also said that Palestinian resistance groups have managed to embarrass Israel and its main ally the United States over the past 60 days, despite the lack of air and sea power. According to him, the Zionist regime has not been able to achieve any of its goals, except for the killing of innocent women and children.

The Iranian president added that if it were not for the US intelligence, military, security, financial and media support, the Zionist regime would have already collapsed.

"We have no doubt that just as the people of Iraq, Syria, Yemen and Lebanon won against the United States and its allies, the people of Palestine will also come out victorious in this battle," he concluded.
