CSTO PA session will take place in Moscow today. Armenia does not participate

The session of the Council of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and the 16th plenary session of the CSTO PA will be held today in Moscow.

The agenda includes issues related to the harmonization of legislation of the CSTO member states and the preparation of model laws to counter security challenges and threats in the organization's area of responsibility.

Yesterday, Chairman of CSTO PA, Speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin had a meeting with the leading colleagues of the delegations of member states of the Parliamentary Assembly.

Earlier it became known that RA NA Speaker Alen Simonyan will not participate in the sessions held within the framework of the CSTO PA, as he informed Volodin in an official letter.
