Armenia was not offered bilateral negotiations with Azerbaijan. Sargis Khandanyan

Armenia is in favor of the effectiveness of the negotiations with Azerbaijan, Sargis Khandanyan, Chairman of the NA Foreign Relations Committee, said in a conversation with journalists, referring to the Armenia-Azerbaijan negotiations. According to him, Armenia values that the formats that have been formed should be continuous.

"They give a certain international authority to the negotiations, make the negotiations more legitimate and make the risks more manageable," he said.

The deputy stated that there was no offer of bilateral negotiations to Armenia to fix the time or day.

"For us, the content of the negotiations and the fixing of the principles are of primary importance, because whether the negotiations are with the participation of mediators or bilateral, if the principles are not recorded, then, yes, the agreements will not have the value we expect," said the deputy.
