"Zangezur Corridor" is very important not only for Turkey, but also for the entire region.

As the Azerbaijani "Baku.tv" reports, this was said by Hulusi Akar, deputy of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, chairman of the parliamentary committee on national defense, former minister of defense of Turkey.

He expressed his confidence that "Zangezur Corridor" will be opened soon.

"The corridor is important for Azerbaijan, Armenia, Turkey, Iran, as well as Russia. Its use will lead to serious socio-economic growth and development of tourism," said the Turkish deputy.

H. Akar also noted that according to Turkey, the parties will reach an agreement.
