Among the options for responding to an attack on an American military base in the Middle East, the United States does not exclude the possibility of carrying out a secret operation against the Islamic Republic of Iran. According to "Detq", the American "Bloomberg" agency informs about this, referring to its sources.

According to the agency, the attack will trigger a more decisive response from Washington, which will exceed in scale the response it has shown since the beginning of the conflict in the Gaza Strip.

Among the possible actions, the agency mentioned a secret operation, during which the USA will strike Iran, and Washington will not announce its participation in the operation.

It is noted that the US can also organize direct attacks against Iranian officials.

"Regardless of what Washington will do, US President Joe Biden will have to make one of the most important decisions in his office. It may lead to a direct confrontation between Washington and Tehran," the publication says.

Let's remind that on January 28, the American logistics training base in the north-east of Jordan, not far from the Syrian border, was attacked by ATS, as a result of which 3 American servicemen were killed and 34 were injured.
