Ilham Aliyev said that the holding of presidential elections in Stepanakert and Shushi on February 7 is of historical significance for the people of Azerbaijan.

Aliyev received CIS General Secretary Sergey Lebedev and noted that the elections were held for the first time in the entire territory of Azerbaijan, ensuring the country's sovereignty and territorial integrity, taking into account the occupied Artsakh.
