​In Nerkin Hand, we found out that Azerbaijani armed servicemen at different times in the immediate vicinity of their positions [in the invaded parts of Armenia] carry out explosions of mines, shootings are heard. The Azerbaijani authorities also carry out military exercises at such a distance from the village that shots and explosions can be clearly heard inside the village both during the day and at night. Arman Tatoyan, the former RA MP, wrote about this on his Facebook page.

"They are intentionally trying to keep the residents of Inner Hand in fear, people cannot move around the village calmly, Azerbaijani positions are in front of the school, the safe life of the residents is disturbed.

Only in the village of Nerkin Hand, an area of 2,700 hectares has come under Azerbaijani occupation, of which:

1. 2,400 hectares of specially protected lands.

2. 170 hectares of forest lands.

3. 130 hectares of communal lands.

In addition to the mentioned 2,700 hectares, more than 1,000 hectares of land is in the danger zone, where it is either impossible to carry out any agricultural or other type of work, or these works have become significantly more difficult due to real dangers to life.

And under these conditions, we are investigating whether our military "violated the peace of the Azerbaijani soldiers".

We should not allow the ongoing crimes of the Azerbaijani government against the country and the people to be forgotten and left out of international public agendas," Tatoyan wrote.

Tatoyan made another post on this topic.

"In the first picture, in the water bowl, there is the water of the Nerkin Handi River, which people are forced to drink, use for cooking and other household needs, because the drinking water sources of the village were occupied by Azerbaijan in 2022. from September 13.

In the 2nd and 3rd pictures, the glass in the house of one of the residents of Nerkin Hand was damaged by the Azerbaijani shot. The house is less than 100 meters away from the Azerbaijani position in a straight line.

In this situation, when the security of people in the village of Nerkin Hand of Kapam community of Syunik region is completely disrupted, the houses and the school are under the Azerbaijani target, the Armenian government is investigating whether our military has "disturbed the peace of the Azerbaijani soldiers". This is only an agenda beneficial to Azerbaijan.

We should not allow the ongoing crimes of the Azerbaijani government against the country and people to go into oblivion and leave the international public agendas."
