This is the real face of Azerbaijan who is trying to mislead the international community with its false "peace" plan, while simultaneously destroying the Armenian sanctuaries of Artsakh. The office of the Human Rights Council of Artsakh warned about this on its Twitter page.

"The international community failed to protect the rights and even the lives of the people of Artsakh, now it must at least protect the Armenian cultural and religious heritage, which is under the threat of complete destruction by Azerbaijan," the message states.
