The IRPC ground forces have been equipped with attacking UAVs

The arsenal of the ground forces of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has been supplemented with two locally produced unmanned aerial vehicles, which are used for attack and combat operations. According to "Detq", the Iranian pro-government "Mehr" news agency reports this.

It is reported that we are talking, in particular, about kamikaze "Shahed-131" and "Ababil-5" combat drones. "Shahed-131" is 2.6 meters long, weighs 135 kg, it can detonate targets with a radius of 900 km.

An Iranian drone has played a leading role in exercises carried out by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, during which drills were carried out for a precision attack on the Israeli nuclear reactor in Dimon.

"Shahed-131" was also used in operations carried out in northern Iraq, in the territory of Kurdistan. Another drone, Ababil-5, was produced by Iran's Ministry of Defense.
