The armament that Azerbaijan acquires is not to stabilize the region in general and we have discussed this issue many times. Armen Grigoryan, the Secretary of the RA Security Council, said this in a conversation with journalists today, February 21, News.am reports.

"We proposed to have weapons control mechanisms, because we believe that this control can be a process of establishing stability and long-term peace in the region. We are moving according to this agenda," he said.
