Another victim of Azerbaijan's cultural genocide: the sculptures placed on "Andranik" street in Stepanakert. Hovik Avanesov
Azerbaijan continues to pursue an intolerant policy towards the Armenian cultural heritage at the state level in the occupied settlements.
"We record many facts on a daily basis regarding the cultural genocide carried out by Azerbaijan at the state level in occupied Artsakh. Mkhitar Karapetyan, a colleague of the office of the Armenian Culture Ombudsman, once again warned that traces of vandalism can be seen in the video published by the Azerbaijani invaders from Stepanakert, the capital of Artsakh.
Speech by Elmin Bayramli in 2024. It is about the video published on YouTube on February 13. After our office examined the video, it became obvious that this time the sculptures placed on Andranik Street in Stepanakert became another victim of Azerbaijan's cultural genocide.
All this proves once again that Azerbaijan is destroying Artsakh's cultural heritage at the state level.
