Putin will not delay his visit to Turkey. Erdogan

"Russian President Vladimir Putin will not delay his visit to Turkey," Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said in a statement to journalists after a telephone conversation.

"He told me that he will not postpone the visit. He emphasized the important role of Turkey on the international stage and expressed his satisfaction for the further strengthening of relations between the two countries," the Turkish president added.

It should be noted that Vladimir Putin's visit to Turkey scheduled for February 12 has been postponed.
