The Investigative Committee reports that criminal proceedings have been initiated against Ruslan Eldanis-Oghlu Penakhov, a serviceman of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in on February 28, 2024 attempted sabotage, attempted murder in a manner dangerous to other people's lives, as well as attempted murder motivated by national, religious hatred, intolerance and enmity, illegally carrying and transporting firearms and ammunition, smuggling firearms and ammunition, and illegally crossing the state border of the Republic of Armenia on cases.
