The Swedish flag was raised at the NATO headquarters

The flag-raising ceremony was held in the presence of NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristerson and Sweden's Crown Princess Victoria.

The Prime Minister of Sweden and the Secretary General of NATO spoke at the ceremony.

"When President Putin launched his full-scale invasion two years ago, he wanted to make NATO smaller, but he failed. NATO is becoming stronger and stronger," Stoltenberg said.

Thus, Sweden became the 32nd member of NATO.
