Kazakhstan rejoices over the historic victory of Azerbaijan. Tokayev

Kazakhstan is sincerely happy about the historical victory of Azerbaijan and the restoration of sovereignty over its own territory, announced the President of Kazakhstan Kasim-Jomart Tokayev, who is in Baku on an official visit.

The leaders of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan had a private conversation earlier today, which was followed by the session of the interstate council of the two countries.

According to the Office of the President of Kazakhstan, Baku and Astana are discussing trade, economic, energy cooperation, "breakthrough investment projects".

"Kazakhstan is a reliable friend and ally of Azerbaijan," Ilham Aliyev said, thanking his Kazakh counterpart "for his brotherly support in the restoration of Karabakh."

According to Azerbaijani official sources, the opening ceremony of the children's creative center built with the funds of the state budget of Kazakhstan and the initiative of Tokayev himself will take place tomorrow in Fizuli.
