Azerbaijan can start a "legal" war
When the head of the country says that the territory must be handed over, otherwise there will be a war and we will hand it over with a war, it means that he legitimizes that war. Political scientist Stepan Danielyan writes about this, explaining the essence of his position.
"Azerbaijan can start a "legal" war, showing the international community that։
1. The head of Armenia recognized these territories as Azerbaijani,
2. The leader of Armenia does not control the situation, and the country's residents do not obey him, so it remains for Azerbaijan to use force, and the leader of Armenia considers it legal.
3. The persons who will organize self-defense are rebels, they are not controlled by the legal authority and it is legal to use external force against them.
As a result, the person called the Prime Minister of Armenia not only hands over territories, but also the inhabitants of those territories, whom the enemy can take hostage or liquidate. In fact, that person deprives RA citizens of their right to life and property.
This statement is already a basis for the actions of such a leader to be considered unconstitutional and to declare him outlawed.
The majority faction of the National Assembly is also outside the law, that is, the entire National Assembly, and if the other factions of such an illegal parliament do not put down their mandates, it means that the so-called leader of the Republic of Armenia and his Parliament consider their policies in line with the constitution and share the responsibility.
