Stepanakert's brotherly grave-memorial became the target of Azerbaijani occupiers

The Facebook post of the Ombudsman of the Cultural Heritage of the Armenian Highlands:

"In occupied Artsakh, Azerbaijani vandals continue to target Armenian values. This time, the Stepanakert brotherly grave-memorial became the target of the Azerbaijani occupiers. A few days ago, a video, which was filmed in the Fraternal Cemetery of Stepanakert, was spread on the social network platforms of Azerbaijan. The video contains an obvious insult to the martyred heroes and their families for the sake of the motherland.

Considering the hard feelings and irreparable losses of our compatriots, we do not publish the video.

All this once again means that the entire cultural heritage of Artsakh is under threat."
