Pashinyan is going to hand over 4 more villages, for which a referendum is needed. Abrahamyan

The RA government is going to hand over 4 more villages to the Republic of Baku (ed.), which can only happen through a referendum. Tigran Abrahamyan, the secretary of the National Assembly "I have honor" faction, wrote about this on his Facebook page, noting that Pashinyan's visit to Syunik, which will be followed by visits to other marzes, aims to prepare the republic for the referendum process.

According to Abrahamyan, according to the agreement reached with the Republic of Baku (ed.), the RA government is going to hand over Tigranashen in Ararat Marz, and Sofulu, Barkhudarlu and Verin Voskepar villages in Tavush.

"Considering the fact that these villages are part of our territorial integrity according to RA legislation, their handover can only take place through a referendum. If in the previous case the government was able to "squeeze" its concession, in this case there are serious problems.

I have spoken on different occasions and will continue to speak about what a strategic blow the handing over of these villages is to Armenia, but it is a fact that the government considers unilateral concessions exclusively from the point of view of preserving its power, and for the sake of this, it will continue to give in to Azeri blackmail," he wrote.
