Today, during a joint press conference with the Foreign Minister of Lithuania, RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said that the Republic of Baku (ed.) has not yet responded to Armenia's proposal to conclude and sign the "peace treaty" within a month. Earlier, the RA Foreign Ministry issued a statement warning about the new aggression expected in November.

In a press conference with journalists, Tigran Abrahamyan, deputy of the National Assembly "I have honor" faction, referring to these statements, said: "The government of Armenia applies the term peace at different stages, as it needs. Even where there is clearly nothing about peace, under the conditions of misleading, blackmailing and threatening the public, using the banner of peace, they make concessions to Azerbaijan."

According to Abrahamyan, Baku is ready to achieve its declared goals, including control over RA territories, positional and strategic advantage over Armenia, through the use of force.

"The authorities of Armenia will use this in different ways at different stages. There will be a victim somewhere, they will try to get something out of it for themselves. At one stage, they will appeal to the people to make concessions, to say: if we do not make concessions, if we do not make another concession, we will get a war. In a political sense and for our citizens, it is not understandable to announce one thing one week and something completely different the next week. But our reality is like that: the government constantly distorts the real situation, in another situation it brings it to the fore, according to expediency," said the deputy.
