Armenia has received Azerbaijan's proposals on the draft peace treaty. Secretary of the Council of Ministers
Armenia has received the next proposals of Azerbaijan regarding the draft peace treaty. Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan mentioned about this in a conversation with journalists.
"Yes, there was a response to the 9th version we sent, they sent the 10th version. Now we are working in that direction," he said.
To the question whether it can be said that the parties have come closer to signing a peace agreement, Grigoryan answered that there is a well-known approach in negotiations: until everything is agreed, nothing is agreed.
"It will be difficult for me to answer this question, because the process is dynamic, and sometimes we make progress, sometimes we don't. We will continue to work in order to speed up the process as much as possible. Armenia is ready to sign the agreement as soon as possible, and recently we made an offer to sign it in a month," concluded Grigoryan.
