RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with the Vice President of the European Commission, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borel, within the framework of the Dubrovnik Forum.The RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a message about this.

It is noted that agenda issues of RA-EU partnership, steps aimed at significant deepening of relations and positive perspectives were discussed. In this context, the importance of strengthening the resilience of Armenia and starting a dialogue on the liberalization of visas through the effective use of existing mechanisms was emphasized.

The interlocutors exchanged ideas on issues related to international and regional security. The universal negative consequences of the practice of resolving problems through the use of force and the need to respect the fundamental principles of international law were emphasized.

In the context of ensuring stable peace in the South Caucasus, Minister Mirzoyan emphasized the need to conclude a peace treaty between Yerevan and Baku, as well as the importance of valuable approaches of partners interested in real stability in the region.
